All turnscrew blades are precision hollow-ground from 01 drill rod and tempered to optimum hardness at Rockwell C-60 (spring/knife temper). Steel blade shaft extends through narrow handle waist for added rigidity and torque. The handle and ferrule designs are classic American dating from as early as the 1830's. Cleaning rods may be made up in any lengths including full-length rifle sizes.  All of the tools listed may be fitted into a new Huey case or into vintage cases as space permits (add fitting charge). All tools are ruggedly built for long use and each is finished to the very highest standard.

As an alternte to our ebony handled chamber brush/cleaning rod handle, we can provide this sturdy solid brass T-handle.  This tool was designed for the serious competition shooter and hunter who needs a no-nonsense chamber throat and barrel cleaner.
Ebony & brass snap-caps are available in all guages.  The sturdy Delrin plunger will not distort with hard use as will brass and nylon plungers.

SHOTGUN CHAMBER BRUSHES: Phosphor-bronze brush thoroughly cleans the shotgun chamber and throat of lead and plastic fouling.  Brass cap covers oily brush and protects case lining and clothing.  Specify straight ebony handle or brass T-handle.
