Rifles and Assembled Shotguns are usually fitted at
an angle to minimize case width. Bolts are removed and
fitted separately for a more shallow, lightweight case.
A combination of partition and French fitting is generally
used and ample room is available for a full compliment
of fitted accessories. All unused space is compartmented
and lidded.
Pairs of rifles may be fitted into a deep chest (not
pictured here) similar to the motorcase in construction.
Additional bail handles are fitted at the ends to facilitate
handling.
